On 7/29/25, an off-site swimming inspection was conducted at Brookside Swim Club. Cert Rep observed 5 older school age children and 13 young school age children (totaling 18 children) with Staff 1 and Staff 2 present for swimming. Staff 3 did not count in ratio since they were the lifeguard.

At the time of the inspection (5/22/25 at 7:30 am), Staff 1 was the only staff person with 2 school age children, no other staff or facility persons were present..
