The operator shall comply with the CPSL and with Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services). Facility Person # -1 and #2- may not work in a childcare position at the facility until the required valid clearances are obtained.
Observed staff file #1 contained a criminal background clearance which is dated (12/5/19) more than 60 months ago making the clearance expired and not valid. Observed staff file #2 contained a NSOR verification letter (11/19/19) which is dated more than 60 months ago, making the verification letter expired and not valid.
