At the gate between the older and younger toddler spaces, which is accessible to the children, a piece of loose trim was not secured to the wall and exposed 2 sharp pin hails. The corner of the dry-erase board of the marker tray in the main classroom's school-age area is positioned in a high traffic area where children could collide with and injure themselves on the sharp edge.
