During the renewal inspection the cert rep observed during nap the cots were not at least 2 feet of space on three sides in the young toddler, 3 yr old preschool and 4 and 5 yr old preschool classrooms.

Complaint was filed on 10/21/21 with the Department. On 10/26/21 Cert Rep did an investigation. Staff # 1 and 2 were on the playground with a group of about 7-8 preschoolers ( ages 3-5 years old). Staff # 1 and 2 did not see Child # 1-4 under the slides inappropriately touching each other private area. Complaint investigation on 11/3/21
