Noncompliance was observed due to assistant caregiver Shanda Rose-Watts having an expired PDL as of 4/30/2026; Ms. Shanda has only completed 8.50 hours of training; she is missing the rest of the required hours for a current PDL, the PDL was last resubmitted on 4/29/25.
Behavior and Guidance/Discipline (serious): One Teacher at the center had allegedly used improper discipline on a 3-year-old child, as well will use inappropriate behavior around the children in care.

Additional Non-Compliance Found During Investigation: Transportation: Program was transporting multiple children without using proper Child passenger safety. While being transported 4 children were not using a car seat or a booster seat in directors privet vehicle. The director confirmed at least one child under the age of 8 did not have a car seat during the transportation.
