The caregiver demonstrates prudent and responsible behavior reasonably ensuring children's health, safety, and well-being. Caregivers interact with children without physical, psychological, or emotional punishment, mistreatment, neglect, or abuse.
The primary caregiver is not demonstrating prudent and responsible behavior that ensure the health and safety of the children in care. One child under 2 years of age was not rear facing car seat. Four children under 8 years of age were not in a child passenger restraint. Children not in child safety restraints were sharing seatbelt.
