One classroom had 2 toilet cleaner bottles stored on the floor of the restroom. Same classroom had lotion and sun screen accessible to children, in a cabinet with a broken lock under the diaper changing table. Second classroom had 1 toilet cleaner bottle stored on the floor of the restroom. Same class had spray cleaner in an unlocked cabinet under the diaper changing table. All were accessible to children.
Licensing observed an infant asleep in the crib, with a soft rattle attached to their right arm
