Licensing observed the following in the 2&3 year old classroom: broken tile on stairs, wood to be coming off of the bathroom door, plexiglass on widow to not be secure.
Licensing observed a hole and exposed pipe on the playground.
Licensing observed the staff sheets that were requested during the 11/25/25 monitoring visit. Forms were not completely filled out.
Licensing observed the toilet to be removed from the bathroom in the middle classroom and sitting on the shelf. Staff reported they were having it replaced due to it not working.
