Ensure health records are maintained on file as required including annually updated Universal Health Records for all enrolled children.
Ensure all outdoor hazards are removed from the outdoor play area as required including the overgrown vegetation and the branches protruding through the fence.
Ensure all surfaces are clean and in good repair including the ceiling in the kitchen.
Ensure cribs are free of pillows and soft bedding. A sleeping infant, below 12 months old, was observed using a pillow in their crib.
Ensure that CARI background checks are completed as required for 3 staff for the center's license renewal.
Cease the use of blankets for children under 12 months of age. An infant, below 12 months old, was observed sleeping in their crib with a blanket in Room 108.
Ensure all rooms are approved by the OOL prior to use; make unapproved space inaccessible to children. There were 11 children, ages 0-2.5 years old, with 3 staff in the unapproved MPR.
