Based on information, ensure that the center's policies and procedures for preventing incident of biting are adhered to at all times throughout the center. The center assigned a staff to shadow a named child to prevent biting incidents, however, the named child continued to bite other children.
Based on information, ensure that adequate supervision is maintained at all times throughout the center. A named staff was not aware that a named child had bitten another named child.
