Develop and follow a policy for the administration of medication at the center. All medication must be provided to the center in original packaging with the prescription label affixed.
Ensure that all toxic substances are inaccessible to the children. A teacher's purse was accessible to children in Building 2, Room 2.
Ensure that the center has an adequate supply of materials to meet the daily activity needs of the children and the program and ensure all materials used by the children are age-appropriate, non-toxic, and safe for use by children. Equipment, furniture and supplies must be age appropriate to school aged children in Building 2.
Provide at least five different activity areas with at least five different types of supplies and equipment for children over 18 months of age in Room 5.
Remove the two non- compliant rockers from the Toddler playground that re intended for residential use only.

On several occasions, a named staff roughly sat 3 named children in their chairs or plopped them onto their mats. The named staff's tone of voice was noted to be mean and unkind towards the children and the named staff had unrealistic expectations of the children.
