Post a no smoking sign and ensure that smoking is prohibited in all rooms and outside play areas during the center's operating hours.
Securely fasten bathroom equipment including the faucet in the 2nd bathroom.
Take necessary action to eliminate outdoor hazards including the overgrown weeds and debris leading to the playground and in the playground.
Ensure that all windows and glass within 36 inches of the floor are made of safety glass or have protective guards throughout the center.
Ensure that blinds are maintained in good repair and that all blind cords are inaccessible to the children throughout the center.
Ensure all surfaces are in good repair including the faucet in the main bathroom. At the time of the inspection the water source to the sink in the bathroom was not operational.
