The program manager shall update the staff roster in the NHCIS portal within 5 business days when the individuals as described in (b) above are no longer working in the program or part of the household, with the date they left the program.
A review of the program's staff roster revealed 25 staff members as actively employees at the program. Staff A confirmed that 14 of the 25 were no longer actively employed at the program as of the day of the visit. Corrective action: All old staff were removed. A check list will be made to follow a procedure for terminated or departed employees. They will become inactive in the portal no later than one week after separation.
