The program manager shall update the staff roster in the NHCIS portal within 5 business days when the individuals as described in (b) above are no longer working in the program or part of the household, with the date they left the program.
A review of the program's staff and household roster revealed eight names currently attached to the program. The center director confirmed that of the eight names listed, they did not know one of the individuals. Upon further review in the NH Connections system the licensing coordinator learned that the unknown name had attached to the program in September of 2025, and had not been removed due to inactivity at the location. Corrective action: In order to prevent this from happening in the future I am scheduling a reminder in my organizer to check my NH Connections account at least once a week.
