A child was left without competent supervision as evidenced by on June 25, 2025, Caregiver Krystal Ward left a four year old child on the playground after her class had lined up and went inside. Caregiver Karen Bridgford found him out on the playground when she brought her class outside to the playground. The child was left unattended for two to five minutes. Caregiver Krystal Ward was terminated the same day .
