After speaking with multiple teachers and the program administrator, there is insufficient evidence that Teacher 1 used inappropriate discipline methods with the children on 05/202/2025. All individuals denied observing Teacher 1 hit or spank any child and no child was observed to have any injuries or marks.
Appropriate care and supervision was not provided in the toddler room on 05/20/2025 by Teacher 1. Teacher 1 was written up on 05/20/2025 and took her frustrations out in the classroom when she was observed yelling; swearing under her breath; handling the children in an aggressive manner; slamming things down on the counter and tossing the plates of food during lunch; belittling the children by telling them "no" and "be quiet" instead of meeting their needs in an appropriate and nurturing manner.
