R 400.8152(2) Medication; administrative procedures. A child care staff member shall give or apply medication, prescription or nonprescription, only with prior written permission from a parent.

In the Toddler room, there was no written permission form from one child’s parent authorizing the child care center to administer the child’s epi-pen and Zyrtec.
