During the review of the 10/7/2025 video it was noted that there were 9 toddler aged children and 2 child care staff members in the room at the time of Child A's injury. Child A's Mother was told by Lead Teacher 1 that they were short staffed that morning.
Upon review, Lead Teacher 1 is conducive to the welfare of children.
The video of the incident on 10/7/2025 showed that Lead Teacher 1 handled Child A roughly by grabbing Child A's arm and later lifting Child A up by her arm 2 LANDMARK BUILDING • 105 W. ALLEGAN STREET • LANSING, MICHIGAN 48933 Michigan.gov/MiLEAP that was known to have a previous nursemaid's injury.
