On 02/23/2024, Lead Caregiver threatened Child A that she was going to tell Child A's Mother to "whoop him."
On 02/23/2024, Lead Caregiver failed to provide appropriate care and supervision of Child A when she yelled at Child A in the face and grabbed him harshly. Program Director was aware that Lead Caregiver was yelling at children repeatedly and failed to take measures to stop Lead Caregiver from repeatedly providing inappropriate care and supervision of children.
On 02/13/2024, Lead Caregiver failed to use positive forms of discipline when she yelled at Child A in the face and grabbed him harshly. During interviews with Witness 1, Program Director and child care staff members they all disclosed that Lead Caregiver was often frustrated with the children and would yell at the children constantly.
