One child care staff member had not completed the Ongoing Health and Safety Training for 2025.
In the Pre-K/School-Age Room there were 21 suntan lotions and/or spray bottles, several latex gloves and a group of plastic bags in an unlocked cabinet/s within the reach of children. In the community bathrooms, used by the child care children, there was a storage cabinet with three unlocked baskets, containing the following items: 4 empty large Ziploc bags; nine containers/tubes of diaper cream; a 95-count container of Lysol disinfectant wipes; 7 latex gloves and several loose (Meijer type) plastic bags.

Within 90 days after being present at the center and before caring for children unsupervised, one child care staff member had not completed the Health & Safety Module C course in MiRegistry. No documentation was provided for the child care staff member as to having completed training in pediatric first aid and pediatric, infant, child, and adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training.
