The young infant room and older infant room were disposing diapers and trash in the same trash can. Please correct immediately and submit a correction plan to the Office of Child Care.
Four teachers did not have 10 hours of training for the previous year. Please submit a correction plan to the Office of Child Care.
At time of inspection only one staff was present with First Aid / CPR with 28 children. When the director arrived the program was in compliant.
Licensing specialist observed a bleach bottle sitting in the classroom on a shelf that was accessible to children. In addition, the specialist observed a Lysol toilet cleaner sitting next to the toilet in the children's bathroom. Both items were placed on a shelf in the bathroom so the items were not accessible to children at time of inspection.
The three year old classroom thermometer read 50 degrees and had water droplet on the back of refrigerator. The older infant room thermometer read 50 degree. Please correct immediately and submit a correction plan to the Office of Child Care.
An aide was in the infant room with 6 infants by herself while the teacher left the room to go to the bathroom. The teacher returned to the classroom at time of inspection and program was in compliant.

The toddler room had 6 infants/ toddlers with one teacher. The program was able to move a staff member to toddler room so they could be in compliace at time of inspection.
At rest time the infant room, toddler room, two year old room, and the three year old room were in a dark room. Please submit a correction plan immediately to the Office of Child Care.
The four year old room had 11 children and only one staff was on site at time of inspection. The three year old and four year old room combined at 3:05 to allow the program to be in compliant. At that time the program had 18 children and a teacher and an aide.
Two 6 month old infants were sleeping in bouncy chairs at time of inspection. Staff immediately placed the infants in the cribs at time of inspection.
