At the time of the full inspection the provider's certification in approved basic first aid and CPR is expired. The provider does have a class scheduled for 3/21/2026. For correction please send the licensing specialist a copy of the current basic first aid and CPR.

The provider did not have a written record of daily attendance for each child in care. Please forward a photo to the OCC displaying your completed attendance log.
1 child does not have evidence of having had a blood lead test at 2 years of age. Please forward this child's blood lead test results to the OCC once obtained.
Although the provider's written schedule of daily activities is included in the parent contract/handbook, it was not posted. The written schedule of activities was posted during the inspection.
A triangular bandage was missing from the first aid kit. The provider placed an order for a triangular bandage during the inspection.
The provider does not have emergency forms for the 2 children enrolled (provider's granddaughters). Please forward copies of both completed emergency forms to the OCC once obtained.
The provider's hot water temperature is registering at 130 degrees Fahrenheit. Please make the necessary adjustments to your water heater and forward a photo to the OCC displaying that the hot water temperature is not exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Upon inspection of the room where the child care children nap the Licensing Specialist observed an electrical socket that needed to be plugged or capped. The electrical socket was capped during the inspection.
Upon inspection of the bathroom the Licensing Specialist observed an air freshener spray bottle on top of the toilet. Upon inspection of the room where the child care children nap the Licensing Specialist observed 2 tubes of rash ointment in a storage cubby. The air freshener spray was relocated and made inaccessible to the child care children during the inspection. Please forward a photo to the OCC displaying that the 2 tubes of rash ointment have been relocated and made inaccessible to the child care children.
The Licensing Specialist observed the provider place a 5 month old child on her side without written permission from the child's physician. As this regulation was being discussed with he provider the child rolled over unassisted to sleep on her back. Please forward a written statement to the OCC explaining that you understand and will comply with this regulation.
