Provider's First aid/CPR expired 06/24/25. Provider is signed up for the training in July.
Provider has a child lock on the cabinet under the bathroom sink but there are drawers on each side. The drawers are unlocked and have some personal care items that need to be inaccessible to children.
LS reviewed Health Inventories for all children in care. Several of the health inventories were present but incomplete.
LS reviewed children's files. Several files were missing lead forms and others were incomplete.
LS reviewed one medication form. The medication was not present at the time of the inspection but the form was valid until October 2023. The sections on the form for parent and provider were not completed. Provider stated the medication was for a short period but the physician made it for a longer time frame just in case.
