At time of inspection, LS observed a child over the age of 12 months sleeping in a crib. During the inspection, the child's parent arrived to the facility. LS was able to observe the parent give the facility permission to allow the child to continue using a crib for rest periods.
At time of inspection, LS observed a child sleeping in a crib with a blanket. Noncompliance was corrected on site; Facility removed the blanket from the crib.
