Ls observed that staffing patterns were not up to date
Director stated that aides were subbing but director did not have a sub log or documentation
Ls observed that a aide let Ls in the building leaving 10 preschooler unattended. Ls observed that 1 aide with 10 preschool children and 1 aide with 10 school age children. During the inspection 1 aide left another aide with 20 children by herself
LS observed 1 aide with 10 preschool and 1 aide with 10 school age children and no qualified teacher.
