The LS observed that the Provider has safety gates put some are not up. The one from the kitchen to room 3 is mounted to the top of the stairs but the bottom one was behind the toy kitchen. The LS advised the Provider to get fitted/gates to ensure safety. The Provider's gate to the outside play area wasn't by the steps.

The LS observed that the Provider's outside gate needs to be closed. Due to the inclement weather she was unable to go outside to close it. The LS observed that the Provider has an Outside sink on the deck. The LS was unable to go outside to inspect due to the ice. The Provider will send the LS pictures once the inclement weather subsides.
