Licensing Specialist observed urinal area in boys bathroom that was roped off from use, and the closet in two year old classroom that had portions of the drywall cut out. Facility needs to submit photographs that the areas have been remediated and repaired.
Licensing Specialist confirmed with Child Care Teacher that mold was recently found in two year old closet and that they believe that the urinals in the boys bathroom may have been leaking. Facility needs to submit receipts that the potential leak has been repaired and that the mold has been removed, and the drywall repaired.
