LS conducted a complaint inspection in which a three year old child was left unsupervised on the playground for about 10 minutes. Another staff member was walking across the parking lot and heard the child and brought the child back into the building. The classroom teacher who left the child was terminated. LS strongly advised that the director have a training with staff about supervision and the policies surrounding making sure attendance is taking at various times throughout the day especially during transitions.
