Cited finding
At the time the LS arrived for this inspection there were several classrooms with aide qualified staffing, with no sub log available to the LS. The LS walked the building a total of 3 times, when she was finished the 3rd time there was still 1 classroom without a lead teacher and no sub log was available. The LS reviewed with the facility the requirement to ensure there is a qualified teacher assigned to every classroom at all times, unless a substitute is required then ensuring the sub log is completed immediately.
