Upon conducting a Complaint Investigation LS observed classroom nine with two years and 4 toddlers in the classroom with one staff. LS advised Director to add a staff to the classroom to bring the class into compliance. Corrected onsite .
While conducting a Complaint Inspection LS observed classroom two with 2-3yrs with 6 two years old and 4 three years in a class with 2 staff. During the inspection another teacher came into classroom 2 and took 3 two years old brining the room into compliance. Corrected onsite.

Licensing Specialist conducted a Full Inspection today. Specialist observed 1 child without an Emergency Form in individual folder. Center shall maintain annually updated Emergency Forms for all children enrolled in child care program.
Licensing Specialist conducted a Full Inspection and observed 1 child without Part 2 of the Health Assessment. Center shall obtain Health Assessments for all children enrolled including Part , Part 2 and Lead testing.
Licensing Specialist observed 1 child without lead testing during Full Inspection. Center shall maintain lead testing documentation for all children 12 months and 24 months old.
