LS observed evidence of two emergency forms missing, four Health Inventory I and II missing and four immunization missing from the children's records.
LS observed no evidence of lead screening received by the provider for five children enrolled in the family daycare home.
LS observed no evidence of fire and emergency drill during the Conversion Inspection. The provider stated that the Fire Inspector took her fire and emergency drill.
LS observed no evidence of BHS Training for 2024 for the provider this date.
LS observed two missing emergency forms for children in enrolled in care.
LS observed evidence of an above ground pool with no water inside and garbanzo to block the sun in the backyard play area and accessible to the children while playing outside. LS will have to complete a follow up inspection to make sure the pool is removed from the outside play area. The provider stated that the pool will be taken down over the weekend.
LS observed evidence of an above large pool that was accessible to children during outdoor play without a fence, no self-closing and self-latching mechanism on the gate or fence, no lock and no sensor or alarm in the pool and on the access door. Provider stated that she was planning to take it down because it was expensive and she received a high-water bill, and her children didn't use it a lot during the summer. LS explained the regulation of having a pool on the premises and that a follow up inspection must be completed in order to correct the non- compliances observed.
LS observed no evidence of first aid tape for the first aid supplies.
