One child has medication for seizures. The medication form was only signed by the parent and not completed by the doctor. The doctor needs to fill out the medication administration form.
Parent had just left some tablets with the provider for the child with the seizure medication. Medication needs to be in the original container and labeled with pharmacy label.
Provider needs to get a diaper pad for changing diapers.
Provider needs to add more toys for all the age groups. She needs to have infant toys for the infants - rattles, teethers, baby floor gym, etc. She needs more preschool toys - baby dolls, trucks, pretend play items, puzzles, ride on toys, etc. She needs some puzzles and small building blocks for school age children.
