LS received an incident report on 10.08.2024 for a child that had been injured at the facility and seen by a medical professional. The incident is reported to have happened on 10.04.2024.
LS observed construction both outside and in the SA classroom. Facility stated the children do not use the SA classroom at this time due to the construction. Facility stated the SA children join the KR classroom and maintain group size and staffing capacity for that classroom.
LS reviewed director training and professional development plan which had 3.5 hours of documented training between 2023-2024.
One teacher SP had 7.5 hours of documented training listed on the professional development plan for 2023-2024. Facility is reminded that 12 hours must be completed by 10.31.2024 for this teacher.
