Licensing Specialist reviewed three children's files that do not have evidence of lead test results and one child's file that does not have a health inventory II (two). Provider needs to submit either photographic evidence or a letter of corrections to the Licensing Specialist indicating how this was corrected.
Licensing Specialist observed the television was on upon arrival at 9:30 am and was turned off at 10:50 am when it was time to go outside. Provider needs to submit a letter of corrections identifying how they will maintain compliance with the screen time policy.
