LS was in the building 10 minutes through an unlocked door. LS observed children and parents entering. Only 1 parent asked who LS was.
LS watched the drop off process and saw no teachers in the hall greeting children. Some had their backs to the door as children were entering.
LS reviewed all the files, some missing lead screenings, some no emergency forms, others, not updated correctly from the last inspection.
The pastor has joined daily activities and our office was not notified.
