Licensing Specialist observed 2 staff members present at the time of follow up inspection. Neither staff member has qualifying documentation that qualifies them as a school age child care teacher and the sub log was not completed. Facility needs to submit qualifying documentation for Iyonna Powell.

Licensing Specialist confirmed that the Director was absent and no qualified child care teacher was present at the time of inspection. Facility needs to have a qualified staff member substitute or send the children home.

Licensing Specialist observed that no emergency drills have been recorded for the year and that the last fire drill conducted was on February 19, 2025. Facility needs to submit a letter of corrections in that they understand that fire drills need to be conducted and recorded monthly and that emergency drills need to be conducted and recorded twice per year.
