Licensing Specialist observed incomplete attendance records for children enrolled. Provider will send LS a letter of corrections indicating providers understanding that attendance must be recorded daily and parents need to verify.
Licensing Specialist observed four children present at the time of inspection that did not have emergency cards. Provider shall submit copies of emergency cards to licensing specialist.

Licensing Specialist observed three children that do not have updated lead testing certificates. One child is missing an emergency card. One child has no enrollment paperwork available at the time of the inspection. Provider needs to submit copies of all missing children's paperwork to licensing specialist.
Licensing Specialist observed provider is missing fragrance free soap, a disposable washcloth and a whistle from the first aid kit. Provider needs to submit pictures to licensing specialist that these items have been added to the first aid kit.
Specialist was not able to view a valid updated First Aid and CPR.
Specialist was not able to view provider's attendance records.
Specialist was not able to view provider's fire/disaster drills.
