Specialist observed 2 Teachers with no evidence of completion of the 2023 Basic Health and Safety Update. Director shall submit evidence of completion for both Teachers.
Specialist observed 3 Aides with no evidence of completion of the 2023 Basic Health and Safety Update. Director shall submit evidence of completion for the Aides.
Specialist observed at least one emergency form that was missing required information. Facility shall review all emergency forms for completeness, obtain missing information, and submit a letter of corrections upon completion.
