LS observed a window trim in the room of Infant B coming off.
LS observed that the building walls, floors, and window sills need to be cleaned. Food residue, stains, paint, and general wear were observed in all classrooms.
LS observed fake grass coming up in some areas of the large playground. Drain in the bike path is elevated leading to a tripping hazard.
LS observed a closet in Room 7/Pre-school containing building maintenance materials. The closet did not have a child lock on the door.

LS observed a thorn bush and weeds on the back right part of the playground while your back is to the building near the fence on the younger children's playground. Corrected during the inspection
