At the time of inspection, the provider had three children present under two years of age. The provider explained to LS that one child turns two years old on Friday, March 14, 2025, and previous LS had told provider that she could have a child present if it was the child's birth month when they will turn two years old. The provider explained that three children under two have been alternating in care since March 1, 2025. LS requested that one child be picked up so the provider is back in ratio. The provider called a one year old child's mother, who came and picked the child up.
