Complaint investigation conducted on today's date. Provider informed LS that after she laid the children down for naptime,. At approximately 1:30pm she went upstairs with her grandchildren. She informed LS that she and her grandchildren put their bathing suits on and she went outside. Provider stated she stepped inside the hot tub and lifted one side. It was then that the parent arrived to bring her child's goat milk. Provider returned back inside.
Provider informed LS that she left the children at approximately 1:30pm and went upstairs with her grandchildren to put their bathing suits on.
Provider stated that she went upstairs for approximately ten minutes then went outside to open the hot tub. During the time of the incident, there were two (2) children younger than two years old.
