LS discussed with the Director that she will need to have more items for vigorous play such as blocks, toys, big puzzles and the sections for each play space ie: dramatic play, art, science etc. with the areas posted so the children can learn to spell each word.
LS observed none of the children's files having the consumer pamphlet or the consumer pamphlet posted for the parents to observe.
Observed several children's files missing or needing a parent to either annually update or sign and date the emergency form.
Observed 2 children's files missing part 2 of the Health Inventory.
LS observed several children's files missing the Lead Test.
LS observed 5 staff member's files missing the staff orientation.
