Cited finding
Director called OCC stating he was made aware of a incident by one of his staff members. The staff member stated they saw a 2 year old pinch another teacher and the teacher responded by pinching the kid the child back. The Director states there are no marks on the child, the parents were notified, teacher was placed on administrative leave and CPS was notified. The Director states he watched multiple videos angles of when the incident allegedly occurred and does not see the evidence of incident occurring. Director states he was able to get another video angle of the room and he witnessed the incident happen. After seeing the video the decision was made to terminate the teacher.
