Licensing Specialist observed balloons, a crate of shoes, and a bag of empty water bottles in room one, proposed area to be used for childcare. It was observed in room two, a table that has aluminum pans that have burners under it.

Licensing Specialist observed in the back yard branches, open cable cords, bikes, and toys located under the back steps. Additionally, there was a broken fence that needed to be addressed. In the front yard, there was trash, spray paint, and a hanging cord that also required attention. Furthermore, the front porch needs to be cleaned, as it is the entrance through which the children will enter the childcare home.
The Licensing Specialist did not observe adequate furnishings for rest periods for children under the age of two.
Licensing Specialist observed that the following items are missing from the first aid kit: triangular bandage, soap, paper towels, gloves, and thick gauze pad.
Licensing Specialist observed cleaning products, including Epsom salt, disinfectant, and a mop bucket filled with dirty water. Additionally, a toothbrush was observed on the sink. All electric outlets must be covered at all times.
