During the inspection, Director did not have 12 hours of continued training.
During the inspection, LS observed the child care teachers did not have 12 hours of continued training.
The posted Staffing Patterns are inaccurate. A preschool teacher is covering breaks in Room 2 (infants and toddlers).
Upon arrival of inspection there were (3) three year olds napping in Room 2 (infants and toddlers). Corrected during inspection. The three year old children returned to Room 1 (3 - 12 years old).
Licensing Specialist did not observe protective surfacing for the new addition to the outdoor play area. Please also remember to remove the grey wooden plank from the main outdoor play area.
Licensing Specialist observed one teacher alone with four sleeping infants momentarily as the second teacher in the room went inside Room 5 to grab something from the printer. One teaceher was not in Room 1 while children were napping for a couple minutes. Corrected during inspection. Both teachers returned to their appropriate assigned rooms per the Staffing Patterns.
