At the time of the inspection the LS observed a missing date for the fire drill in February.
At the time of the inspection the LS reviewed children files and noticed two children were missing page two of the emergency info form. One child had a major change in medication and allergies and the emergency form was not updated.
At the time of the inspection the LS reviewed children files and noticed the allergies for a child was still listed on the form but she stated the child no longer has the allergies. No updated form was provided.
At the time of the inspection the LS observed two aides in charge of a group of children.
At the time of the inspection the LS reviewed the first aid kit and noticed liquid soap and a roll of gauze was missing from the kit. In the main classroom the first aid kit was missing a flash light.
At the time of the inspection the LS observed shaving cream in the imagination classroom in an unlocked cabinet in reach of the children.
At the time of the inspection the LS observed staff change three children and did not wash any of the children hands after diapering.
