Pet waste observed in several areas. Trampoline needs to be made inaccessible to children Netting at the base is ripped and open, Chair was placed close to the tramopine which allowed for easier access. Correct immediately.
The utility room that is partially blocked by view with a curtain has potentially harmful items that are accessible to children. The bathroom used by the children is in the area. A more secure barrier must be provided to prevent accessibility by day care children.Correct immediately.

Provider informed LS that she has applied diaper creams to children that she provided. A diaper cream was present that a parent had provided with no written authorization from the parent and the product was not labeled with the child's name. Correct immediately
At the time of the inspection, the Emergency forms for 2 children had not been updated.
At the time of the inspection, a child care child was in a room that has been restricted from child care use. Provider immediately had the child leave the room and put the gate back in place.
At the time of the inspection, the gate was missing at the missing at the restricted room and at the bottom of the stairs leading to the upper level. Provider put gates in place immediately.
