At the time of the inspection the LS reviewed the files for the children and the emergency form was not updated for CC, KH, LH, EL, AW, and AW.

At the time of the inspection the LS observed there were unfinished pizza on the counter, cheese on the counter, milk on the floor and sippy cups sitting on the children's table in the kitchen.

At the time of the inspection the LS observed the provider leave the children downstairs, while the provider was gone a child used the bathroom and needed assistance. The other adult not approved assisted the child until the provider came back.
At the time of the inspection the LS checked the 1st aid kit and observed the thermometer and tape was missing from the kit. The provider was able to grab another thermometer.
