Upon arrival at the center, LS observed there were 14 children over 2 years old were in classroom A/B with the aide. The teacher for classroom A/B was not on the premises during her lunch break.
LS observed cots in classroom A/B placed very close to each other and children were napping head to head close to each other.
A license with Room E Basement listed as an approved room is posted. The current license only approves Room E Basement as an auxiliary space.
