Specialist observed no evidence of lead test when the child is 12 months old and/or again when the child is 24 months for at least one child in care. Provider shall review all children's records for lead test completion, obtain missing documentation, and submit a letter of corrections.
Specialist observed that there was no hot running water in the bathrooms in rooms primary 1 Magnolia, Primary 2 Elm, YCC1 Willow, and Cabana. Provider shall ensure that there is hot and cold running water and a follow up will be conducted.
Specialist observed a potty chair in the bathroom used by Primary 3 Maple. Provider shall remove potty chair and submit a letter of corrections.
